Pamplona, 1996. She studied Journalism with a specialisation in Performing Arts Production at the University of Navarra. Her debut feature documentary, CON LOS OJOS ABIERTOS, also her end-of-studies project, premiered at the Navarra International Film Festival, where it received the Golden Meliton for Best Film (currently available on the Filmin platform). In 2019, she started Cambur Producciones, an independent production company focused on social cinema. That same year, she leapt to fiction with the short film CUESTA, which had more than 100 festival selections. She later directed GAUEKO, selected at festivals such as Abycine and Internationale Kurzfilmtage Winterthur. Among her latest works currently in distribution is the fiction short film O, which premiered at the MAFIZ of the Malaga Film Festival, winner of the Best Screenplay Award at the Cartagena International Film Festival and was recently selected at the New Spanish Shorts Market Screening 2024 in Clermont Ferrand and in the Official Section of Ibizacinefest. Also, the short film CUANDO CRECE LA HIERBA, winner of the Best Film, Best Screenplay and Distribution Award at the Notodofilmfest 2022, has already accumulated more than 80 festival selections and awards – such as the EITB-Euskal Pantailak at Santurzine or Best Fiction Short Film at the Oldenburg Festival. She directed a second documentary piece, the medium-length film TODA LA VIDA, unreleased yet. Finally, in 2024 she will premiere the fiction short film LA COLADA, which has just begun its distribution.
