Accesibility

These pages have been designed with a view to making the information accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities and impairments. We have taken into consideration the fact that a number of users might be suffering hearing, vision or mobility problems, which could make it difficult for them to read and understand the texts or use the keyboard and the mouse. By the same token, we have taken into account other possible accessibility problems, related to technological aspects. Some of you, for instance, might have an old web browser, a text-only browser, a small screen or a slow Internet connection.

It is this website’s intention to allow access to everybody. In case you have any difficulty accessing the contents, please, contact us. Thank you

Conventions

We have chosen to apply the latest development technologies according to Web standards in order to facilitate access to the information. The following are some of them:

  • Relative font size, which allows users to modify the size of the letters according to their needs.
  • Total CSS layout, which separates structure from visual style, enhancing access to contents and page loading speed.
  • CSS print templates, thanks to which contents can be printed out in a suitable reading format.
  • Secret browsing through the main sections if this function is available on your browser.
Use of semantic tagging respecting text hierarchy; headings, paragraphs, llists, use of acronyms, abbreviations, etc.
  • Compatibility, if your browser is not compatible with these technologies, you will still be able to access the information in a linear way.
  • Compliance with Web standards, the vast majority of our pages have been validated in accordance with the official guidelines and recommendations issued byW3C and have passed various quality, usability and accessibility tests.
