Experienced film expert active in the film industry since 2007, currently based in Berlin. Magda studied Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics and Film Production at the Polish National Film School.
Magda produced the short film MERCY (Poland, 2011) and is credited as an associate producer for the feature film KAMPER (Poland 2016, world premiere at Karlovy Vary International Film Festival). She managed various film events and projects, including the industry part of the Warsaw International Film Festival CentEast Market for four consecutive years, the workshop on equity finance Closing the Gap, targeting film producers worldwide, and a project on screen tourism development run by Film London.
After joining the VoD platform PANTAFLIX as an acquisitions manager, she took over the festivals head position at m-appeal world sales, a boutique sales agency based in Berlin, focusing on original international art-house and genre cinema. Today Magda is handling sales and festivals at a senior level.
