        Synopsis
Two New York police officers, Buddy Rosso and Jimmy Doyle (the leading role that established Gene Hackman, with which he won his first Oscar), find themselves behind a drug trafficking network based in Marseille. Their clues lead them to two Frenchmen who have just arrived in the United States, but following the trail proves arduous. One of the most iconic crime films of the 1970s, winner of five Oscars and with a stellar Fernando Rey in a supporting role.
