Tara Judah

Tara Judah is a freelance film critic, performer, and cinema consultant. Tara has worked in film exhibition and as a radio, print and online film critic for over a decade in Australia and the UK. She has worked with the British Film Institute, Europa Cinemas, BBC, Encounters Film Festival, MUBI, Cinema Rediscovered, Screen International, Sight & Sound, Senses of Cinema, and others. Tara has presented video essays and performed at IFFR, Watershed, Bristol Old Vic and Bristol Improv Theatre. She is currently a postgraduate researcher at the University of the West of England, researching the role of independent cinema in the age of on-demand culture.
