María Beltrán (Jaén, 1993) has been an executive producer and development executive since 2017. She is theexecutive producer of GOAT GIRL (2025), BIRTH (2024), THE FANTASTIC GOLEM AFFAIRS (2023),SOMETHING IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN (2023) and the short film ETERNAL HAPPINESS (2022). Currently and inparallel, she is working on her first two projects as a writer and director (PRESUNTA and CIGARRITO POSTMORTEM) with the production company Tan Tan Films. She collaborates as a teacher with the ECAM and theEAC and has been a jury member of LesGaiCineMad 2023 and the Decortoán 2025 Short Film Festival. She is amember of CIMA and the Film Academy in the Production field. María holds a double degree in Journalism andAudiovisual Communication with a complementary degree in Political Science from the Carlos III University ofMadrid and received the Best Academic Record Award for the Master’s Degree in Film and TV Production fromthe same university.
