Film Conferences (Season 2): Cinema as a profession. Challenges of the current panorama

Parallel Activities

Event organised by the events and content production company 18 Chulos. It is divided into two-afternoon sessions that bring together performers (first day) and filmmakers (second day) to tackle aspects of filmmaking from different perspectives. Last year, at a time of crisis due to the pandemic and profound change in film culture as we know it, 18 Chulos wanted to investigate the issue by proposing a conference to reflect on the essence of Cinema and its role at this time, focusing on the craft of filmmaking. And so, the event hosted by El Gran Wyoming held its first edition in the presence of Fernando and David Trueba, Santiago Segura, Maribel Verdú, Antonio de la Torre and Alberto San Juan.

This year, under the slogan: CINEMA AS A PROFESSION. CHALLENGES OF THE CURRENT PANORAMA, Wyoming will once again be in charge of moderating these film conferences.
