Synopsis
In a small Georgian town, a newborn dies shortly after being delivered under the supervision of obstetrician-gynecologist Nina. Amid accusations of negligence and rumours of performing illegal abortions, she decides to remain dedicated to her professional duties, committed to an extreme work.
