Synopsis
In one of his numbers, Dr. Caligari, the owner of a fairground attraction in Germany, presents his assistant Cesare, a sleepwalker who is able to foretell people’s future. When Cesare predicts that one of those present will die before dawn and the prophecy is fulfilled, suspicions grow surrounding Caligari's strange show.
