Synopsis
Using the style of documentary filmmaking as a narrative artifice, PUNISHMENT PARK imagines a political landscape in which Nixon’s administration enforces extreme measures to repress subversive demonstrators and pacifists who protest against the Vietnam War. Detained dissidents can choose between prison time or participating in a set of twisted law enforcement exercises.
