The short films\u2019 directors from the Canarian section, Canarias Cinema, have presented this morning their works, that will be screened in two sessions. Twelve productions selected by the Festival among a total of 160 submitted short films.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Concoct or Wander<\/em> <\/strong>(Lila Organa, 2016, 6\u2019); <strong><em>The Landing<\/em><\/strong> (David Pantale\u00f3n, 2016, 4\u2019);<strong><em> Icelands<\/em><\/strong> (Miguel \u00c1ngel Mej\u00edas, 2016, 12\u2019); <strong><em>The Campaign<\/em> <\/strong>(Macu Mach\u00edn, 2017, 8\u2019); <strong><em>Burning Mountains that Spew Flame<\/em> <\/strong>(S. Delgado, H. Gir\u00f3n, 2017, 14\u2019); and <em><strong>Shipwrecked<\/strong><\/em> (Iv\u00e1n L\u00f3pez, 2016, 7\u2019). They will be screened this afternoon, at 5 p.m., at the Monopol\u2019s screen 2, and next Monday at 6 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>In the second showing, tomorrow Sunday, April 2, at 5 p.m., at the Monopol\u2019s screen 2, we shall find: <em><strong>Osito<\/strong><\/em> (Cor\u00e9 Ruiz, 2017, 18\u2019); <em><strong>Para\u00edso por descubrir<\/strong> <\/em>(Amaury Santana, 2016); <em><strong>Popoff<\/strong><\/em> (Domingo de Luis, 20\u2019);<strong><em> Black Well<\/em> <\/strong>(Miguel G. Morales, 2017, 5\u2019); Sub Terrae (Nayra Sanz, 2017, 7\u2019) and <em><strong>Toreros<\/strong><\/em> (Nacho Bello, 2016, 12\u2019). Its second screening will be on Monday 3, at 6 p.m., together with the previous ones.<\/p>\n<p>These works show us stories and settings that go from a touristic look around Las Palmas de Gran Canaria\u2019s suburbs, to the Tigre Delta, in Argentina, the volcanos in La Palma, Italy or a small German village.
